What you send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional organization, and a description of your work. Please do not submit confidential engineering files, credentials, or sensitive project details in this initial inquiry.
What happens to an inquiry
We use the information to review your inquiry and respond. The website stores contact submissions in its server-side database and uses SendGrid as its server-side email provider to notify our team. The submitted email address is used as the reply address. Email delivery may involve the provider’s infrastructure.
A successful submission means the email provider accepted the notification. It does not guarantee that the message has reached the inbox. If a send attempt fails, the form keeps your entered text so you can retry later.
Operational information
The server uses temporary request limits and a hidden spam field to reduce abuse. IP addresses may be processed for those limits and by hosting infrastructure. Application request logs record status and a request identifier, without recording inquiry bodies or contact details.
Your motion preference and a submission identifier with a one-way fingerprint are stored in this browser’s session storage. The identifier helps avoid duplicate inquiries when you retry; the form text is not stored in browser storage. The website does not add advertising trackers or a tracking-based CAPTCHA.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form for questions about your inquiry or to request removal. Retention and any project-specific data-handling arrangements should be discussed with Superbloom; this page does not promise a fixed deletion schedule.
